Hi. My name is Cindy Wolfe and I live in beautiful Niwot, Colorado (just outside of Boulder). I created my CWolfe Designs! studio to explore my love for unique and colorful art . As you know, art can be beautiful, meaningful, make a statement and even make you emotional. But it can also be fun…and this is at the heart of my basic philosophy of art and design -- that my work should be fun, colorful and dimensional. I love having some part of my art be dimensional – giving each piece a textural element.

My Celebrate America series is a culmination of several years of work that began in the same way that much art does – by accident! After a round of golf with my family in the Colorado mountains, I quite unexpectedly wound up with a bucket of range balls. Always on the lookout for interesting materials to use in my art, I took the bucket and – after a few weeks of puzzling over just how I could use these old balls – came up with an idea. Thus Pars & Stripes, a unique sculpting of an American flag using hand painted balls and tees, was born. It quickly became an amazing success and quite a conversation starter…so I began exploring combining my colorful and dimensional artistic style with various tributes to America.

The result is a diverse collection of works that use everything from poker chips to photos that I’ve taken and from tiles I’ve crushed to carefully sculpted pieces of wood. The Celebrate America series now totals about a dozen works – and I’m always looking for new and interesting materials and concepts to develop the next unique piece. Almost all of my work is limited in its edition and comes numbered and signed.

I also really enjoy creating custom pieces of art – I’ve found that creating custom art is fun, easy and rewarding – both for me and for you.
